- Support HR operations for contingent workers at Samsung Research America (SRA), a WorldLink client.- Perform a multitude of operational functions including employee onboarding/off-boarding, assignment extensions, salary changes and assistance with immigration matters. - Collaborate with Finance and payroll for all processes. - Meet with Samsung people managers on a regular basis to monitor quality and assess upcoming needs such as sourcing.- Daily/weekly check-ins with the 100+ Samsung contingent workforce to address their needs such as onsite support, performance, compensation, employee relations, and payroll/benefits assistance. - Provide guidance and support to managers and employees throughout the Performance Expectation Plan (PEP) process, facilitating performance enhancement and professional growth.- Partner with managers, HR Business Partners, and WorldLink HR to address employee relations issues in a confidential manner and provide solutions.- Participate in reporting on HR Ops and onsite support success metrics to Samsung in regular meetings and QBRs.- Plan and execute morale events for all contingent workers on a semi-annual basis.

- Opened personal checking and savings accounts for customers- Took applications for credit cards and reserve lines- Performed teller duties and took care of general Universal Banker tasks
