Hi, this is Neelesh, Senior Architect from Mumbai, Maharashtra, with 17 years of work experience in the field of Architectural design, Coordination, Value addition, Project Compliancy report / Project Feasibility Study and similar Architectural job intent. I did B-ARCH from KRVIA, Mumbai in 2003 & did training in Kapadia Consultants, where I was acquainted with Municipal, Tender & Working drawings for Residential & Commercial projects. After this I joined Prem Nath & Associates where I further worked on Commercial & Residential projects. I developed preparation of Good For Construction & Detail drawings here. Later I joined Shakti Parmar & Associates where I worked on 5 Star Hotels, Residential, Amenity & Corporate buildings. I continued for 2 years here, where I learned in-depth Interion detailing / designing, Presentation skills, Communication with clients & coordination with site team. Later I joined Kadri Consultants where I did designing/coordination works for 3 Multispecialty Hospitals, designing/execution for Township project in Ratnagiri, Interior designing & execution for commercial project. I worked for 4 & 1/2 years & then joined Lodha groups where I worked on Palava Township. Later I joined Sheth Developers & worked on Viviana Mall & Vasant Fiona projects continuing for 2 years. After this, I joined Shapoorji Pallonji in Jan 2014 where I am currently posted as Manager Architecture. Here I have done design, coordination & execution works for 6 RBI Residential Quarters schemes, MHADA NMJ, Mumbai & was also involved in designing proposal projects related to IIT / IIM / AIIMS campus, Residential townships, Industrial go downs / Factory projects, Redevelopment of existing Railway Station, Giant Wheel project etc.
