Take an hourglass and let a few years of hands getting dirty with codes and data flow down, and then a few years of business process understanding and liaison (insurance and telecom), managing IT projects, mitigating risks, C level communication and presentations and then throw some business leadership and you are looking at my past but if you gaze up, what is remaining to unfold is an exciting future where I integrate everything and take it to next level. I see sharp and capable people everywhere, they don't even know they are sharp!! It is not my "sixth sense" rather "good will hunting" skills that allows me to see that and isn't that what it takes to inspire people.
