Business Manager at KidzCare Pediatrics PC, a 17 location pediatric practice based out of Fayetteville, NC with over 140 employees in the group. For 11 years, I had been supervising and assisting in day to day management of non-clinical aspect of the medical offices for KPPC focusing exclusively on sales development, staffing, human resources, strategic planning, ordering and expense management, payroll, accounts payable and bookkeeping. I was a key liaison individual between the CEO and employees of KPPC.

Job required excellent computer, critical-thinking, listening, writing skills and time management. Later, due to relocation to Fayetteville, NC in November 2001, the business was sold to a New York based MT company.

SIL was an international software development and integration services company. I was involved extensively in hiring and recruitment of IT individuals for various projects across the US. I was part of a team of IT who short-listed IT consultants, interviewed and found placement for them with major companies such as SAP, Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, etc. Additionally, my job entailed me to get involved in their immigration process and assisted individuals in relocation from Different parts of the world to US.
