I am part of the book industry and all things writing. I have assumed various roles in the word space from being an editor of scientific journals to mentoring young writers. Mentor:I run creative writing workshops for children.Author:-The first book I wrote was a short novella set in fifteenth century Kerala. The novella featured paranormal and fantasy elements and led me to a world building spree that has resulted in the blueprint of a future fantasy world.-I’ve also authored a non-fiction book called ‘A Complete Guide to Job Placement’ commissioned by a publisher in Delhi, India.-Some of my poems and stories have been published in the Veils, Haloes, Shackles Anthology, ‘The Unsettled Winter’ (Raedleaf anthology),‘The Brown Boat’, Jaggery Lit, Urban Confustions Journal, eFiction India, Thresholds Short Story Forum, and others.Editor--I’ve worked on scientific manuscripts at Macmillan and fiction and non-fiction manuscripts at Pothi.com.-I primarily focus on Substantive Language Editing and Proofreading.-Have taken up Developmental editing for select manuscripts.Educator--Taught General English, Communicative English and Optional English (English Literature) at the Degree Level._Presently I run a mentorship program called the Young Author Program where I train young writers to create fiction. I then create an anthology of their fiction.Literary buff--I love literature and am constantly reading and learning new things. A good teacher must always learn.-I was part of the UEA Creative Writing India Workshop (2016).
