In my current role, I manage vendor bills, validating Invoices and payment processing, DVU (Account Opening and KYC Update), Query (CRM), and Mail Management, Pan India Dispatch Related. I am responsible for daily publishing MIS to stakeholders based on RTO cases i.e. Debit Card, Welcome Kit, and Cheque Book. I also manage Deliverables through DMS Management, Courier vendor management i.e. Blue Dart, Aramex, BookMyPacket, DTDC and Speed Post then marking HSM (High Severity Memo) in accounts post identification of Deliverables returned with Critical reason. Expenses and Charges Reconciliation for all Deliverables Dispatched, Internal Audit Data Preparation, and work with support team to ensure service level requirements are exceeded.I also have experience in handling branch operations (Cash and Transfer Transactions) and conducting cluster-wise training to Sales Staff on KYC and its update. My portfolio management skills in Banking Services enable me to cross-sell products effectively. Additionally, I perform CDD for low or medium risk clients and do EDD on clients that fall into the high-risk category.I am a provider of optimized financial services to banking customers and have discussed and analyzed needs and requirements with customers for financial products and services. My wealth management operations are based on the checker-maker concept for MF online activation. I also engage in activities related to daily mutual fund transactions and NAV updating / SIP Cut off/ RTA's Transaction query settlement, registration of KYC for Mutual Funds, and uploading NISM Certificate.
