 After the successful migration of a couple of Reconciliation process, currently is the part of Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s control department. Responsible for the report consists of all reconciliation items extracted from the system of Bank of America’s AML profile. Delivering quality service and consistently meeting key SLA’s. Review, verify with back-up documents, and approve all the requests processed by the team in absence. Have to keep a close eye on all the SLA's of the process as its being different for all and it depends on the projectto project. Adhoc queries from senior management or onshore team addressed immediately and have to take it to the closure. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for the team & document their concerns & feedback
