*I schedule executive meetings and travel plans are one of the important duties that i perform.*I prepare documents and presentations for meetings.*I attend to phone calls from clients and also respond to the emails received from clients and concerned party members without fail.*It is my duty to complete the assigned work at given time without any delay and by the end of the day it is my responsibility to report to the director with completion of given work.*I also conduct market research and in turn helps the director in making important business decisions.*Updating the director about appoints with various clients.*I take staff meetings on behalf of manager or supervisor.*Performing managerial duties in the absence of manager is also one of my main duties.
