You might believe that you're the most pragmatic person in the world. But the truth is, at our core, we as human beings are creatures of emotions.Every decision we make in life is driven by our emotions - and justified with logic later. This includes purchasing decisions. Which is particularly true for the hospitality space, at it relies on human relationships more than any other industry. Influencing emotions in an honest and ethical way (and in the interest of the hospitality brands I work with) is where I come in. And I do this with stories.Over the course of the last 8 years, I've worked with hospitality brands across the world to help them build long-term trust and loyalty with their guests - so that they keep returning to spend money with the brand, again and again.
