I've been a full-time practicing outpatient PT since graduating from UNM 14 years ago. I started my professional career as a staff therapist in a sports medicine clinic in Peoria, AZ. Since then, I've moved to GA and have worked as a clinical director with several Benchmark Physical Therapy clinics and currently work in the Lawrenceville, GA area. I still have the same passion for practice today that I had when starting off years ago, with the added benefit of confidence, leadership skills, and growing and working with amazing teams. I enjoy the work-life balance of traveling, cooking, writing, and advocacy along with work. I currently practice in an outpatient setting with a largely diverse population, allowing me to learn and practice language skills, dry needling and manual therapy, and overall empowerment for the community. I enjoy balancing that with the whimsy of travel (as safely possible) with my husband, family, and friends around the globe, surviving on the stories and histories of all people, if I could.
