• Supervise and provide technical assistance to team members for various development and validation activities. • Author protocols, technical reports, and analytical methods for new projects.• Perform method development and validation for analytical methods using various analytical instruments (UPLC, HPLC, GC, Dissolution, Atomic Absorption, Auto titrator, etc.)• Perform and assist with routine analytical testing for in-process, release, stability, and API. • Perform timely reviews of completed experiments. • Effectively and professionally communicate project progress, deviations, and investigations with clients. • Assist in designing and assessing Elemental Impurities profile for drug products.• Author SOPs in accordance with current FDA and ICH guidelines. • Perform various maintenance and qualifications on analytical instruments.• Develop extraction procedures for active ingredients in creams and ointments.• Ensure compliance of methods and procedures with OSHA guidelines.• Assist in writing Justification Of Specification (JOS) for new products as per ICH guidelines.

- Method Development and Validation for various analytical methods using the GC 7890 and Waters and Agilent HPLC’s. -Write protocols and analytical methods for the new projects developed. -Perform various maintenance and qualifications on analytical instruments. -Develop extraction procedures for the actives in creams and ointments.

• Perform analysis on various pharmaceutical in process, finished products and raw materials. • To work with Waters Alliance using 2487 and UPLC Waters Acquity, Agilent 1100’s and 1200’s. • Performing method transfers, method Validation and troubleshooting for incoming developed methods. • Perform residual solvent analysis on Agilent GC 6890 and Headspace. • To analyze incoming samples using various wet chemistry testing including pH, Conductivity, Viscosity etc.• Use Trackwise application to open investigations and change controls related to Analytical Procedures and perform CAPA analysis for the same.
