Ruhamaa Trust is a not for profit, charitable trust; founded by stellar Board of Trustees’ many of whom have established Sina Health, Education and Welfare Trust and Child Life Foundation. The project has been launched for the welfare of orphans and widows residing in under privileged areas of Karachi. I have converted the Trust from a concept to a highly scalable reality starting from creating the vision, mission to hiring, training and deployment of human resource.

Developed and Managed Pakistan’s first text messaging based medical services product called “Doclink” for Park View Clinic patients. Created end to end process, Marketing strategy, Operations, Quality Assurance and Patient services.

Management and development of Consumer Finance Products. Worked on various projects with objectives of improving profitability. Process re-engineering with the objective of achieving maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction. Re-pricing of the old portfolio. Re-vamping the auction process to Open Public. Alliance with Automobile manufacturers

Launched the Consumer Loans Products of UBL. Managing a sales team of 60 people. Hiring and Training of the Sales Teams. Managed Sales through extensive UBL Branch network. Managing all customer related loan approval and audit and compliance matters. Exceeded all Sakes targets month on month.

Launched Consumer banking product of Auto Loans. Managing the Sales, Credit, Operations and Collections Units. Successfully extended loans to customers and built the best repute with Auto Finance Dealers as the business partners. Developed a young team of professionals to achieve sales and operational excellence. Designed and executed processes to achieve highest sales with maximum Customer satisfaction along with creating premium alliance with Auto Dealerships and Insurance Companies.

Started my career with this bank, initially in the Telesales unit. Later shifting to Operations and Customer Services and then onto the role of Relationship Manager. Managed an in house sales team and then created outsourced sales outlets. Managed the Direct Sales Associates Offices fulfilling their training needs and helping them reach profitable models, while Ensuring Audit and compliance at all levels.
