As a part of the accounting department, payoff administrators are in charge of sending out the payoff check, one of the final steps of a refinance process. My duties are to verify funds through bank accounts and reports, pull files for all funded deals, create and print payoff and title fee checks for each account, determine whether a down payment or short payoff check is required, and ship those checks to various lienholders via UPS. Payoff administrators also need to charge any credit card forms collected from the customer.

Once a Loan Officer recieves all the information for a loan application, a contract must be created and sent to the customer. As a Print Processor, I verify all of the information is accurate, correctly dated, and in line with the lender's stipulations. Once the loan has been verified, I can either send it to the customer with docusign over email, or I print out the loan contract and highlight where signatures are necessary, then package it to send to the customer via UPS.

I conducted cold calls and took inbound calls on a first come first serve basis in order to work an allotted list of accounts each Collections Agent recieved each morning. Once we had left voicemails on each account we were given, we were told to go through the list again calling each number given.

I helped create pizzas, take phone calls, make boxes, prep food, and deliver orders. I earned tip ontop of an hourly wage. When I worked nights, I would also help clean by sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces.

This was my first experience with working on my own computer and dealing with inbound/outbound calls. I learned a lot from this company, such as FDCPA and HIPPA laws, as well as phone presence and tactical knowledge of collecting bills.

As a part time employee during high school, I worked in the afternoons to help package orders for sales representatives and customers. We worked with UPS, USPS, and FedEx. I worked with deadlines, organization, and printing.

As a cashier, I mainly took orders and dealt with the cash register. I also had the responsibility of keeping the lobby presentable and the bathrooms clean, and when I closed, I would deep clean the lobby, bathrooms, and drink station. Occasionally, I would help in the kitchen in creating the burgers and cooking fries.

I worked part time here while in highschool, and mainly stood at the cash register and entered orders and dealt with money. I also would keep the dining area clean, restock the drink station, and when closing, I would clean the bathrooms and help clean the kitchen.
