I am a successful professional and a second time entrepreneur with 25 years of experience. I have launched another business, The Salt Inc, in the Content and Creative space. The Salt Inc brings together technology, art and science to deliver briefs using based consumer insights that enables effective content strategy and creative planning and efficient outcomes.I bring a deep tech understanding and am building products that traverse across adtech and martech and help both demand and supply businesses. I am one of the few key proponents of Web 3.0, Generative AI and our products and business agenda reflects that strongly. I have turned around loss making businesses and delivered profits. As an entrepreneur i bring a deep understanding of business management under different circumstances. I have worked and continue to work with and for large global brands other than building my own brand. I have been awarded a Female CEO Tech Trailblazer global award and am among the top 50 women influencers in the Indian advertising and marketing world. I am an active managing member of various industry trade bodies contributing to knowledge and policies. I am an Economics graduate, a post graduate in Marketing and an advanced management graduate from INSEAD.All the 4 Ps in my rulebook are ‘People’. After over two decades in the Media and Madtech industry as a business contributor and an entrepreneur, the only truth that has stayed on with me is, relationships drive businesses. That is the reason why today I not only enjoy a very strong equity in my fraternity, but also derive high commitment levels from my own team. I have come a long way thriving in challenges and often over-achieving in niche markets and creating diehard teams.
