>Installation and Commissioning of Vapour Absorption Machine (VAM) for the HVAC needs of two manufacturing plants under the Utility Savings agenda. This involved the elimination of the use of two electrical HVAC compressors and replacing with one VAM unit. Total electrical savings obtained - 150kW per hour, translating to 2500 units of electricity per day. The project involved installation of new steam line along with pressure reducing station, cooling tower and new chilled water lines. > Installation and commissioning of HCl tank farm for storage of the chemical used for production of SKU. This project involved the construction of new facility, laying of PTFE coated pipes for transfer of HCl, installation of storage tank and skid and electrical panel energization.>Installation and commissioning of Dock Leveler at warehouse loading bay for reduction of procrustean loading of CLDs on the truck >Installation of solar roof project for the administration building, under the energy savings proposal>Installation and commissioning of End of Line (EOL) conveyor for Soaps plant for hassle free movement of the CLDs to the warehouse>Ideation and installation of Leg-guards in warehouse for prevention of damage from forklift movement

>Worked as an engineering trainee at the Kwality Walls Ice cream factory>Made a comprehensive study on the inefficiencies in the Ammonia refrigeration system installed in the factory using P-h charts. Implemented overhauling and improved the heat exchange of the reciprocating compressor and the intermediate receiver and improved the cooling tower heat exchange, thereby improving the overall system COP by 0.35>Made a study of the effect of increased ice cream production and addition of cone new line on the existing refrigeration system and the additional load requirement
