Neeraj Bhaskar is an experienced agile project leader with over 17 yrs’ experience in software product development, maintenance, testing and service delivery. He has 10+ yrs' experience in agile methodology and its frameworks. He has worked across domains and technologies and possesses great insight into international business standards, work cultures and cultural differences. Neeraj has 6.3 yrs' experience in client facing roles at onsite in Denmark (Aalborg) and Australia (Sydney & Brisbane). He has vast experience in leading agile teams and building high performance teams. He has exceptional ability to effectively liaise with all project stakeholders to deliver quality outcomes within budget and timelines. He has recently (Apr 2024) completed Executive Program in Digital Transformation, an one year course, from Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Indore. He aspires to grow as a next generation leader in the product development space which involves emerging technologies, digital transformation with agile way of working in global s/w development set up.
