Job Description and Key Result Areas; Profit Centre Objective: Managing Sales volume and operational expenditure within budget Sales Generation Activities: Planning, executing and monitoring Primary, Secondary & Tertiary recharge to achieve revenue targets. Focus on low churn and high revenue products. Focus on Low Sub base area & plan activities to hold & create more loyal customers. Emphasis on effective retail servicing, availability , penetration of product & Customer TAT Market Development Activities: Locality wise Network Gap Analysis and identification of areas for network expansion. Planning and supervising network Expansion, Retention and Development plans so as to achieve desired penetration, addressability and extraction Designing and supervising sales promotion schemes and publicity campaigns Managing MIS. Motivating sales force to achieve assigned objectives. Weekly and monthly review of sales performance and working out the action plan for all executives
