Daifuku Supporting the Automobile Industry worldwide, with the material handling technologies, factory automation systems for all production processes.Role Description:• Executing functions related Reconciliation of Financial Records, Bank, Cash and Stock.• Creation and interpretation of Financial Statements and report and finalization of Books of Accounts.• Compilation and maintenance of records of routine accounting transactions.• Implementing all taxation requirements in the organization and timely generating accounting reports as well as ensuring timely deposit of taxes and returns in the areas like CST and Excise etc.• Handling of general accounts, sales and purchase, debtors and creditors, banking institutions and other routine commercial issues.• Audit & compliance work.• Monthly as well as quarterly reporting to Senior.• Making of Pay roll, EPF, Finalization of leave encashment & Final Settlement.• Verification of employee bills, Imprest Sheet & Vendors Invoices.• Invoicing Work and preparation of all supporting documents for invoice & vehicle.• Work with project teams to ensure timely compliance with all conditions precedent and other obligations.• Support senior management on various financing related matters on an ongoing basis.
