• Handling entire process related to HR, vendor, client, contract management.• Client & Vendor Management• Negotiating large, global IT contracts or statements of work, transitioning large IT service contracts from or to new vendor contracts, Provide Vendor Management Bid and Proposal, negotiating the vendors price, service level agreements and any other unique requirements• Analysis and verification of all the documents received from prospective employees and identifying the deficiencies if any.• Partnering with the Supplier Management Division in specific contract negotiations with each vendors, work closely with client managers to fill the onshore requirements in timely manner.• Experience includes high volume, full life cycle recruiting for contract and direct hire positions• Experience in team handling, team management and conduct meeting and hurdle session with team members.

• Executing On boarding Process, able to initiate and complete the onboarding processes as per the HR compliance norms of Infinite - India, US & Federal Govt. & Infinite's Clients.• Interaction directly with client (IBM) and vendor about company’s contract and legal MSA.• Alignment of new vendors with Infinite and from client i.e procurement (IBM China)• Analysis and verification of all the HR related documents received from prospective employees and identifying the deficiencies if any.• Coordinating with parties external to Infinite - Vendors, Business Partners etc. to complete statutory requirements in line with Infinte's policies.• Assessment of financially and compliance credibility of vendor and new consultants.• Handling annually and quarterly HR and Compliance audit of client especially IBM US and India• Client & Consultants interaction• Closely work with some of the major background check companies in US and India like Cleves Re-search, ESC, LexisNexis, A-check, ADP, HireRight, Sterling Infosystem, Verifications etc. • Dealing with the candidates on Various Payment terms like W2, 1099, C2C (Corp to Corp) for all type of jobs like Contract, Contract to Hire and Permanent/Fulltime.
