Managing Sales Operations

I have been given responsibility to look after sales & Logistic operations. Daffodils International is a Delhi based marketing company. The core focus of the company is to market international brands in India in Car Accessories.

Have been able to take all Major OE accounts in our fold to get LLumar Sun Control Film as a Genuine Accessory in very short span of One Year with Maruti Suzuki, Mobis India & Honda Motors based at Delhi.I have been successfully carrying all three key OE accounts in terms of cordination with OE & Gras I Sales Team keeping key dealerships in loop & Managed Relationship with them.

Present Assignment -Working with Daffodils International as a GM- Operations. Previous Assignment -Working with Gras Impex Pvt Ltd as a Dy. General Manager – Business Development. Upgraded thrice within two years for my outstanding performance from Regional Manager (North) in Sept’05 to NSM”09 and Deputy General Manager from Oct’10 till July 11Gras Impex Pvt Ltd – A Mumbai Based Import House engaged in Distribution of MNC Brand - “LLumar” Window Films, (a Brand of CP Films Inc, USA ) / Grasfresh Carmate Perfumes / Smart mats (Full Flooring)/ Carshield (Dupont Tyvek Car Body Covers) & Sat Guide Car Navigation Systems – having PAN India operations being managed through Regional and Branch offices located in all major markets.. I Have , successfully , been able to get the LLumar Window film approved under the Genuine Accessories with the premium automobile company in India, i.e Volkswagon , Telco, Honda, Reliance Autozone, Carnation, & discussions are at very advance level with another two major Automobile Giants - Maruti Udyog & Hyundai.I Had Joined Gras Impex as a Regional Manager – North. Within short span of four years of launching products in NORTHERN India through their newly opened Regional office at Delhi headed by me - the turn over of our product had gone up manifolds continuously with CAGR of more than 30 – 35 % continuously for four years (with no effect of Recession( with noticeable drop in cost of operations , in view of my outstanding performance , company upgraded me to National Sales Manager -Automotive Business with the responsibility to manage PAN India operations in addition to my present responsibility.

I was given the responsibility to handle channel sales of automotive division as a NSM- Auto at Pan India Level

I was heading both automotive & architectural division as a Regional Manager- North

I was given the responsibility to develop Distributors/ Dealers Network in entire western region comprises Maharashtra, Gujrat & Goa.In addition to this, I was equally responsible for OE Sales through New Car Dealerships of Maruti, Hyundai, Honda, GM Motors, Ford India, M&M, Tata Motors, HM etc.

I was given the responsibility to Develop Corporate Accounts in Delhi & NCR Region to Promote Logicon's Tea & Coffee Vending Machines.I have been able to add Ranbaxy, Siemens, Apollo, AIIMS Hospital as a Key accounts & develop the chain of Dealers in northern Region

Ruchika Foods - A company engaged in the marketing of “GOOD MORNING ” brand of Tea , Joined as Area Sales Manager in July 1994, I was responsible for four districts adjacent to Agra . Keeping in view my performance, I was given the additional responsibility of four more Districts within a span of one year. My major responsibilities were Achievement of Sales and Collection Targets, appointment of C & F Agents and Distributors, Logistics support, with the assistance of eight Sales Executive & one Sales officer .
