I am leading the operations, allocating staff resources appropriately, monitoring project status, identifying and mitigating project risks, and administering the quality of customer implementation. In addition, I implement clients in Oracle ERP packages by working closely with key business stakeholders and Executive Sponsors.Prior to this, I managed a portfolio of 30 clients in Health, Welfare, and Retirement Benefits as well as worked collaboratively with the Health Benefits team and domain partners to support the benefits department with health plan administration. Reporting to the Head of Health Benefits, I assisted with various special projects, operational issues, and escalations. I analyzed and recommended improvements to existing employee benefit programs and policies, and practices for clients, including leading strategic planning sessions. Additionally, I played a significant role in data software engineering and developed a long-term solution for the foundational Data and Analytics platform. I also maintained health benefits records and administered Health Savings and Reimbursement Accounts for Fidelity corporate clients, their employees, and retirees.
