My role requires me to get new projects to the company and execute them. I managed to achieve the same through cold calls, emails, networking over LinkedIn and by word of mouth.The projects handled by me includes Fire and Electrical fit-out jobs. Complete project execution starting from the initiation to close outphase which includes identifying key milestones, avoiding scopecreeps and preparation of cost estimates.Conduct regular product trainings and tool box talks to keep the team well informed of the product installation, work procedures and safety regulations.

Handled multiple projects simultaneously with a combined projectvalue of 16million Dirhams. Study the design, project specification and raise RFI’s. Review ofmaterial submittals and shop drawings for approval.Design, installation and programming of Bosch FA and VE systems in my projects.Raise MaterialRequest (MR) and Sub-contract Request (SCR). Attend the weeklyprogress meeting. Mobilize and supervise the workforce. Monitor changes to scope, schedule, and cost. Raise change requests, if required. Preparation of method statements and risk assessments. Ensure Quality standards are met through regular inspection of theprocured material and work completed. Raise MIR & WIR forconsultant inspection and maintain updated logs. Raise internal NCR's and work towards identification andimplementation of corrective measures. Coordinating andmonitoring of all installation and testing procedures. Ensuring thetesting equipment's are calibrated. Prepare the Operation & Maintenance manual. Give training to theend user for the systems installed. Document the lessons learnt. Clear the Snag list, obtain final acceptance and transfer ownershipto stake holder.I have worked on projects related to the hotel industry, schools, warehouses, training centers, High rise commercial buildings, residential buildings, Sheikh Villa, labour accommodations, industrial projects and refurbishment projects.Systems Handled - Mechanical - Firefighting sprinkler system, fire hydrants, clean agent systems, foam, Pre-Action, water mist and deluge water spray systems.Electrical - Fire Alarm, Voice evacuation, Fireman Telephone, Emergency light systems and ASD.

YMC is in Dubai Silicon Oasis and deals mainly with extra low voltage (ELV) systems. During my internship I assisted the Commissioning Engineer for the testing & commissioning of Fire Alarm system and CCTV system. Occasionally helped the estimation team by taking the quantities as per the drawing. My responsibilities included• Loop continuity test for the sounder circuit, fireman’s telephone circuit.• Labelling the devices in the loop.• Raise Inspection Request for the work completed.• Attend the weekly meetings along with the Engineer• Tuning and assigning IP’s for CCTV system.• Quantity take offProjects:1 Bay Gate Tower, Business Bay- Dubai.2 Dalma Mall- Abu Dhabi

I worked in Quality Control (QC) department.I had the opportunity to learn about1) Different types of Non Destructive Testing (NDT's).2) Weldings3)Pressure vessels->Worked for one of their ongoing projects The solan oil field project. I had gone for inspections along with the QC engineers and clients (Dry Dock World). Prepared Documentation for the audit of the project.
