• Formulating of IT roadmap / strategy of ABFRL aligned to the next 3-5 years of business vision /strategy and objectives for medium / long term.• Driving digital transformation thru collaboration, communication and development of right culture and behaviors• Formulating Digital Strategy in line with business growth / strategy• Thought leader for digital business, alert business leaders to the opportunities presented by digital technologies• Collaborate with the enterprise to design, iterate and deliver new ideas to the market with differentiated customer experience, new services and business model• Leading and driving cloud adoption and formulation of strategy across the organization for rapid growth of business and delivering superior customer experiences • Responsible for chalking out the cloud strategy – private/ public, single / multi cloud initiatives etc• Identify opportunities to invest in emerging technologies • Drive omni channel capabilities thru integration of physical and online retail • Continuous focus on identifying and implementing cost optimization opportunities and driving operational excellence. • Responsible for constantly upskilling the IT talent force to ensure all team members are aware / trained in the latest technology solutions being implemented at ABFRL businesses.• Responsible for setting up and enabling Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity Plans (BCP), ISO certifications (ISO 27001) • Driving / leading business project teams in implementing strategic projects across all businesses of ABFRL (MFL, Pantaloons, International Brands, Fast fashion, new businesses viz, Inner Wear etc.)
