CurrentAs a dedicated Physics Faculty at Aakash Educational Services Limited's Srinagar branch, I have been instrumental in shaping the academic success of aspiring JEE and NEET students. Leading a team of 15 experienced physics educators, we collectively strive to nurture the talents of over 8000 students, facilitating their journeys towards academic excellence.Key Accomplishments:- Achieved an exceptional milestone by guiding a student to an All India Rank of 10 in NEET 2022.- Demonstrated consistent excellence in mentoring, with over 20 students scoring above 600 in NEET 2023, a testament to our commitment to academic excellence.- Implemented innovative teaching methodologies, ensuring that complex physics concepts are simplified, and students' understanding is enhanced.- Fostered a collaborative and supportive learning environment within the team, facilitating the growth and development of fellow educators.- Actively engage with students to motivate and encourage their pursuit of success in highly competitive exams.
