Also being a BEE Certified Energy Auditor, I have more than 9 years of experience in 'Consulting to Implementation of projects' in the areas of energy management, renewable energy, water management and sustainability. I am an energy conservation specialist who has worked with different industry segments such as FMCG, hospitals, BFSI, IT/ITES, Automobile, Commercial office spaces and others, to deliver end-to-end energy reduction solutions. Completing my graduation from BITS-Pilani Goa, I started off my professional career as a Utility project engineer working with a Canadian firm with patented thermal plasma technology systems. My biggest project was with DRDO wherein I was handling complete sourcing to commissioning of high end HVAC and electrical utilities for a Plasma wind tunnel projectThereafter I took over as Utilities Manager in one of ITC's Tobacco factories in Bihar, where I worked extensively on utility infrastructure upgradation and energy conservation projects. I also deployed several water management initiatives to save more than 15% of the plant's water consumption. I was successfully able to reduce plant's energy costs by more than 10% on both thermal utility and electrical utilitiesAfter a successful stint of more than 2 years at ITC, I moved on as Energy Solutions Specialist at a leading facility management company. There I worked with multiple leading organizations from Banking, Malls, Textile, manufacturing, IT and other segments to deliver substantial energy savings for their facilities. Continuing with my efforts to help our building managers, facility operators and industry engineering teams, I functioned as pan India Projects-Head for a leading ESCO i.e. Smart Joules to deliver energy savings under shared savings model at multiple hospitals spanning across IndiaThereafter, I was working with a leading solutions provider of Energy efficient EC blower systems. Here I was handling a combined role including new product development for an evolving application, while also handling sales and marketing role for a set of clients.Currently, I am working with Zenatix Solutions (part of Schneider Electric) as Data Analytics Lead which includes Program Management and Solutioning. As Program Management Lead, I am responsible for value delivery to our customers. While as Solutions’s team lead, my job is to create risk-free and deliverable solutions for Indian customers
