Business Development / Deal Origination Engage discussions with clients/consultants for need assessment & exploring various avenues of debt financing. Initiate Negotiations/discussions with clients/consultants for finalisation of Deal Structure & financial closure. Conduct site visits & client meetings to assess local market dynamics & plan future market strategyCredit Appraisal & Due Diligence Engaged discussions/Negotiations with clients/consultants for detailed appraisal of the needs / risk factors. Facilitate documents collection from the clients & scrutinize as per Credit/Legal/Technical Dept requirement. Conduct Preliminary/Pre-sanction site visit and conduct following project Due- Diligence CIBIL Check & Bankers Reports. KYC Documents & Verifications. Initiate detailed discussion with Legal/Technical Dept for Legal & Technical Reports. Draft comprehensive Process Note & present to sanction committee with detailed assessment of following :a. Cash flow Preparation & Analysis.b. Financial analysis & Sensitivity Analysis.c. Project Feasibility, Sanction Terms & Conditions like Disbursement Schedule etc. Facilitate legal documentation execution/security creation, post sanction compliance & arrange for disbursement.Manage & Service Existing Portfolio Facilitate subsequent disbursements & furnish No Objection Certificates (NOC) on request from client. Monitor sanction conditions like payments of principal/ interest, Sales schedule, Construction schedule, events of defaults etc. Follow-up with branches and customers for regularization of account, monitoring and preparation of reports regarding status of accounts.MIS & Data Analysis MIS Reporting to Local Management & Corporate Headquarter in Mumbai.  Actively involved with Branch Team related to local Generating Lead, Documentation Process, Sales Planning & Converting Leads etc.

•Recruiting, Retaining and Handling the team of DSAs, CA, Finance Brokers etc , assisting them in achieving their targets and driving them towards company goals.•Building sourcing channels from the Open Markets and Branches.•Simultaneously Responsible for handling Home loan & Mortgage leads in 4 Branches for existing and NTB customers.•Timely servicing of leads received through various channels (such as: Branch, DSA ,DST, call-center, website etc.•Ensure all services (mortgage disbursals etc.)are handled as per TATs.
