Responsible for organization-wide risk management and risk governance for all businesses within the U.S. Consumer Bank which includes Credit Cards and Unsecured Lending, Retail Banking, Mortgages and Home Equity, Wealth Management and Small Business. Responsible for managing the overall strategic direction and priorities of risk management while ensuring safety and soundness of our portfolios and risk taking activities.--Privileged to lead a talented team of 1000+ colleagues across multiple locations to deliver on our commitments-- In addition to the CRO accountability for US Consumer Banking, I also created and lead the Global Consumer Bank Risk Modeling for Citi.

Lead four key functions for the bank – 1) Enterprise Consumer Risk Management (Mortgages, Home Equity, Auto Finance, Credit Cards, and Personal Lending) 2) Enterprise Modeling, 3) Risk Capital Assessment and 4) Collections Risk Analytics.
