I got four promotions in just six years. Managed Lemontree Data center, Central PMS (Protel), Central Back Office (Alif), Touché, Prolific & CRM Application. Enabled process and people to maintain 99.9% uptime for 24 x 7 business critical Hotel Operations. Managed 21 sites/Hotels across India connected to Data Centre through MPLS connectivity and supporting 550 nodes and 40 server’s across the sites. Ensured process and security compliance for IT Audits. Developed the IT Service Management policy for the company and make the process for Configuration Management, Problem / Incident Management, Change Management, etc. Responsible for Hotels Pre-opening and Assessment of New Hotel under management contract Planning infrastructure, vendor and resources with in the budget for new hotel.  Full IT infrastructure/Setup done of pre-opening of 12 Hotels across India for the group.  Installation and management of Wireless network and devices. Management of many types of EPABX (Telephone Exchange) like Alcatel, NEC, Siemens etc and devices.
