Headed merger Team which completed merger of five Associate Banks and Bhartiya Mahila Bank into SBI in a record time of 11 Months . Post merger involved in rationalisation of Branches and offices app 1800 Branches / offices had been rationalised by 310318. Last three years was responsible to promote eBanking / Alternate channels , Internet Banking and controlling ATM network . Was working as CGM of Digital Banking responsible for tech initiative , Debit cards and Merchant Acquiring Business. Had a long innings in Human Resource's ( HR) first as AGM HR in Bhopal controlling Branches of MP and CG and then as DGM HR CDO in Ahmedabad controlling Branches in Gujarat . It was the period when State Bank of SAURASHTRA was merged with SBI. Again went to Corp Centre Mumbai of SBI as DGM Cadre Mgmt in HR Deptt for a period of 2.5 years.
