Leading one of the towers for Ikea EMIL account as Bundle leader, Under Infrastructure bundle we are providing AMS Support, Minor enhancements and executing Projects under different solution Area, like MIGW (Make IKEA a Great Workplace), PRIPS (Provide IKEA People with Solutions), ISC (Integration Service Center). Managing team size of 43 (12 Onsite, 41 Off Shore). Involved in solutioning, planning and execution of new development projects, transition of new applications, application maintenance and automation of repetitive tasks from existing applications. Meeting all targets set for Infra Bundle by Account (GP, UTE, Band Mix). Maintaining highest C Sat score among all AMS bundles (Ikea Account) from 2017-2018. Maintaining SLA’s for AMS services, Zero SAL breach from 2018 onwards.

Worked as SPOC for Dynamic Automation and Watson IAssit (COG3) for Ikea account, Coordinated with DA team for Onboarding Ikea account for DA & COG3, internally worked with all AMS bundles to identify use cases for DA and start building COG3 corpus. Coordinate with Clients for all Approvals required for establishing connectivity from IBM Soft layer to client network and deploying different use cases.

Leaded B2B SCM & Technical team and working with Client on release & Change management. There are multiple development projects running in parallel in Ikea account, all the projects have different time line for GO live as per business requirement, need to coordinate with different Projects on requirement and timeline and plan release for Go Live Different development teams are involved developing interfaces from different vendors.

Worked as Project Manager for webMethods Migration project, Migrated around 150 interfaces from webMethods version 7.1 to 9,5 version. With Complex architect and Interfaces having dependency on frameworks. Involved in Pre-Study, Planning and execution. Executed and completed project within cost and schedule. Complex project with local vendor presence at Client premises.
