CurrentServing as the Postpaid Activation & Service Provisioning Head: National Lead for Postpaid activation operation, customer onboarding through digital asset, simplification & digitization of processes, including re-engineering to build efficiency & excellence in daily operation. Responsible for Regulatory & statutory compliance nationally and managing a centralized Process Factory for Postpaid customer acquisition and Provisioning.Key Responsibilities: • Seamless activation experience for the postpaid customer for Consumer and Enterprise customers. • Liaison with national partners for Activations & SIMEX to improve efficiency, accuracy, and process improvement • Coordinate with stakeholders in Retail, Marketing, VIBS, and Regulatory for decisions and support required on Activations & Provisioning. • Process simplification to improve TNPS/NPS scores for onboarding & other SPA-led journeys • People skill set a development in line with process, regulatory, and system changes to ensure zero defect in the service provisioning process. Key Achievements: • Smooth transition & Setting up Process Factory at Ahmedabad with team members across circles in March 2020• Standardization & Centralization of various Provisioning Processes, including the Premium number Activation process • Recognized as a member of Dream Team “Corporate Retail” for Q3 -21 • No-1 Brand on New Onboarding across all competitors in the market as per NPS Scores• Always exceeded Minimum standard targets on Activation & Sim exchange TAT
