As the leader of a dynamic 3-member team at Zippee, I spearheaded the implementation of an efficient and robust Warehouse Management System (WMS), tailored to meet the diverse needs of the business. Additionally, I crafted comprehensive processes and established operating standards for Zippee's D2C (same day delivery) model across India, positioning it as the company's primary business segment.I played a pivotal role in training, launching, and optimizing the new D2C vertical in high-potential zones, driving its rapid growth trajectory. Through seamless coordination with cross-functional teams, I ensured adherence to standardized operating procedures (SOPs), fostering operational efficiency and consistency.Taking charge of onboarding diverse brands into the D2C (Same Day Delivery Model) vertical, I navigated unique requirements with finesse, successfully integrating over 40 brands ahead of schedule. My ability to deliver results with precision and agility makes me a strategic asset in driving organizational success.
