Job Profile:• Generate the Reports and Out calling/IVR Data for Broad Band Customers• Monitor the Dunning Process & generate the updated files from Finnone (Restriction, Restoration & Payment ) and make it available for different Dunning steps• Send confirmation to SMS team post SMS Validation & Barred Portal Updating for SMS Relay• Generate the List of MDNs based on Finnone & MACD restoration and send to flash team for Flash removal• Generate the Wrong OG Barring Report for as per Credit Policy• Generate the IVR files and upload in IVR to start the IVR Out-call & Monitor the same to ensure that 3 round of calling happen at an interval of 3 hrs• Generate the Out-calling and IVR tracker to monitor the Total Dials, Successful Calls, unsuccessful for the day.
