June 2010; Goldman Sachs & Co. (Technology) as Program Manager Technology - Regional Owner (EMEA, Asia and India), Benefits & Wellness I joined this organization as A Software Developer and grown into the role of Program Manager & Product Owner Technology – Global Owner, Global Mobility Services. Presently I am shouldering responsibilities as Program Manager Technology - Regional Owner (EMEA, Asia and India), Benefits & Wellness. In my present role I am spearheading the technology team for in-house development projects. My key roles involve, developing the Technology Road map for the Area, operational cost assessment and budgeting; managing the on boarding of Vendor applications & implementation of in-house solutions; facilitating preparation of the architecture and design documents along with the developers; assessing RFP/RFI, Technology SOWs, Contract Negotiation(s), evaluating vendor application for Buy vs Build and technology risk.With my consistent efforts I determine the objective and measure upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion; plan and schedule activities to ensure completion of the project within the time and with optimizing resource utilization; determine required test environments, data and software migration schedules while working with IT infrastructure operations and QC/testing teams.On regular basis I communicate with stakeholders including project staff on the progress of project; conduct project meetings and am responsible for effective issue resolution; ensure adherence to service level and response time objectives while planning and managing the service-level quality.Also I identify process gaps and design & conduct training programs to enhance operational efficiency and retain talent by providing optimum opportunities for personal and professional growth; ensure adherence to Release/Change management processes for on time deliveries; direct and motivate the team to ensure quality and adherence to project timelines.

As Associate Consultant I was primarily accountable for analyzing the requirement and designing the architecture for the same; planning, estimating, preparing and assigning resources required for project execution; coordinating and prioritizing project tasks, managing timelines, maintaining project plans and communicating status to clients, project sponsors and senior management.During my tenure I maintained resource utilization report and updated productivity Dashboards; produced detailed specifications and writing the program codes; conducted code reviews, fine-tuned performance and ensured compliance with business objectives; performed unit testing the product/application in controlled, real situations before going live; fixed or debugging error as they occur, re-runned and rechecked the program until it produces the correct results.Also on regular basis I identified bottlenecks and thresholds in existing code through the use of advanced tools & methodology; coached and supported team members as and when required; maintained resource utilization report and updated productivity Dashboards.Projects handled: SPPA-T3000 as Tech Lead; OR Scheduling as Software Developer; Operating Room Management System as Software Developer.
