Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at Davenport University, I am the Material Cost Controller at Tubacex Tubes and Pipes Pvt Ltd. My core competencies include inventory level maintenance, material reordering, cost optimization, and inventory control procedure development. In my recent role, I am responsible for managing and monitoring the costs associated with materials used in production. This includes maintaining accurate records of inventory, tracking material usage, and ensuring that materials are procured at the most cost-effective prices without compromising quality. I also analyze cost data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction. Additionally, I collaborate with procurement, production, and finance team to forecast material requirements, and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
