As Director of Enterprise Systems, took on Chief Operating Officer (COO) role, directing IT systems, Sales, Marketing and Finance teams. Identified new market and expansion opportunities, enabling company to exponentially grow 12-fold from $5 – 60M in just 3 years. ► Fixed failed operational system in just 90 days, with 6 month do-or-die notices from customers for a $5B industry giant, saving them billions in revenue.► Designed IT roadmap for integrating 90 newly acquired plants with 40 existing ones, managing new process, reporting and testing for the $5M first phase of project to enhance efficiency by 27% and cut $5M in labor costs alone.► Built and directed teams of over 400 resources, both on and offshore, reducing clients’ development and testing costs by 80%.► Improved automated initiatives that eliminated nearly all manual intervention, shaving off $1.2M in annual labor costs and $900K in support.

As ERP/Supply Chain Lead, I directed teams in implementing current technology Roadmaps and Supply Chain systems; replacing legacy Supply Chain/ERP, WMS, CRM and supporting web systems.
