I am a development professional working in the field of social sector from last 24 years. Current working with Mobile Creches, responsible for ensuring ,,#quality #early childhood care services accross settings, across #partnerships, work very closely with children, government departments pan India,, civil society organisations from last 11 +years to improve the wellbeing of young #marginalised children in India.I have a deep experience in developing #sustainable models for childcare, building capacities for #ECD at different levels and varied stakeholders to keep the ,#youngchild agenda alive and strengthen the deliver of childcare services for marginalised children. I had been involved in developing age appropriate ECD curriculums, training modules and knowledge resources to support like minded organisations for scaling up, support children in their learning and having resourceful ECD cadre.My expertise lies in liaisioning and nurturing relationships with varied partners and stakeholders to ensure quality ECd programmes across the nation. Partnership management, Donor Management and Business Development are the core expertise.I have a substantial experience working with urban and rural settings along with other excluded settings like tea plantation, construction industry, factory setting and organised sector setting where there is an immense need of institutional childcare provisions when both parents go out to work.I have had enough experience of delivering training programmes including Training of Trainers (TOTs) online as well as offline alongside evaluating the same to assess the impact.
