As learning manager my role has two dimensions. I together with my team of 5 are responsible for designing and implementing the learning and development plan for the India office. This includes program design and delivery including facilitating workshops, working with external partners and internal regional networks. The second dimension requires me to actively be a coach to the team of consultants. Key Achievements  Successfully industrialised the learning function by establishing core back end processes for e.g. faculty and participant and sign ups, robust budgeting. This has resulted in increased reliability and satisfaction scores for our learning programs. In year 2012, we clinched the coveted position of being amongst top three learning and development offices globally. Together with my team and our internal resources, created and implemented a comprehensive curriculum for our support functions e.g. finance, human resources, IT. This involved regularising the curriculum, developing a learning staircase keeping the tenure, skill and competency requirements of this diverse group and developing content for several in house learning modules. I also worked closely with the head of the support functions to ensure fulfilment of the training plan for all our staff including ensuring that each employee undergoes at least one relevant program per year. In year 2012, we have been recognised as being amongst the top two offices globally for our support learning and development function. In the last two years, I have developed content of several programs like building trust based relationships, taking responsibility, working with strength, art of coaching, etc Put in place a coaching program for our consultant group. We now have a process where review outcomes are taken and a coaching program is tailored for each individual.

As Lead Corporate Training and Facilitation, besides facilitating personal effectiveness and leadership programs, I was responsible for new program development and pre sales support. I led a team of 8. Key Achievements Developed and managed training academy for new sales executives for Vodafone in Gujarat. As part of the academy I worked with Vodafone to develop training content, recruit and train more than 15 trainers. The academy trained more than 1000 employees annually Facilitated more than 300 programs on personal effectiveness focusing on interviewing skills, communication, time management, goal setting, and delegation for Tata Teleservices, ONGC, GSPC, Hitachi and Adani Developed programs for new and middle managers with a focus on inter personal skills, target orientation and team leadership skills (e.g., coaching, delegation).
