• Manage a portfolio of companies including Global Business Category 1, Global Business Category 2, Global Business Company, Authorized Company Domestic companies and International Business Companies• Involve in the incorporation of offshore and domestic companies• Handle day to day corporate administrative matters such as opening of bank accounts, preparing of board pack, attending board meeting and drafting of minutes and resolutions• Liaise with local authorities such as Registrar of Companies, Financial Services Commission and Mauritius Revenue Authority as well as clients and auditors• Provide assistance to clients requests and complaints• Ensure statutory filing is done within prescribed time frame with local authorities• Ensure compliance of files with relevant laws and internal procedures and control measures• Act as intermediary between Client and the Company• Manage a team of seven workers- provide coaching, training to junior staffs• Review of junior staffs work on a daily basis and assist them to tackle complex issues• Assist my manager in handling HR issues within the team and ensure team spirit
