•Test Manager with total 12+ Yrs of overall Quality Testing experience having 5 Yrs QA LEAD, 5 yrs of manual testing experience and 2.5+ years of Automation Testing Experience (Selenium Webdriver).•Expertise in conducting and participating in different Types of Testing for web based applications - System, Functional, Regression, Sanity, Browser compatibility and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).•Strong in analyzing and understanding Business specifications, testing requirements and Developing Test plans, Test cases, Test Scenarios, Traceability Matrix, Test Closure report.•Excellent knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).•Good Experience in working on projects in Waterfall and Agile Environment.•Expertise on performing Front End (End to End Testing, System Integration Testing) of applications.•Experience in automating the Front End Testing using Selenium Web drivers, CORE JAVA and Test NG Framework•Experience in writing CSS Selectors, Xpath Expressions to identify Web Elements.•Experience on working with TestNG for automation reports.•Experience on working with BDD framework using Cucucmber•Experience on working with github, SVN.•Experience in SQL database testing involving SQL Queries, Joins to pull data from database.•Very good experience with Test Management tools like Quality Center / HP ALM to develop Test cases, executing test cases in Test lab, and creating and tracking defects in Defects module and also generating reports in Quality center.Roles and responsibility includes following : •Attending the Project Kick off meeting at the time of initiation of the Project.•Analyzing and understanding the Business Requirement Documents.•Creating the Test Plan document.•Getting the BRD document updated from Business Analyst, by raising the bugs found during the Static testing.•Assigning the test scenarios & Test cases creation tasks to the associated team members, further maintaining WBS (work breakdown Structure).•Reviewing the test scenarios / test cases from the functional perspective, ensuring full coverage and making RTM (requirement traceability metrics).•Providing the walkthrough of designed high level / Low level Test cases mainly to the Business analyst and development team. •Setting up the test environment and creating the scenario based test data.•Executing the test cases and assigning the test case to team members for execution and tracking the status through Work Breakdown Structure (having assignee, expected/actual start date, end date and percentage completion).
