As the business grew, we manufactured the instruments with our brand and also sold our products through the physical retail channel as well as through wholesale distribution and order booking at various international trade fairs.From 2002-2006, I ran the business as the COO, and was responsible for the entire back end operations and fulfillment of orders, as well as participating in international trade shows to showcase and promote our products.From 2006 onwards, I headed the business as CEO.

Managed office operations and customer interactions in the business of Industrial Lining and Coating.The role also involved monitoring state of projects, and invoicing customers as per contractual milestones. Day to day interaction with site engineers to ensure timely project completion was part of the role.After the untimely death of the MD and CEO, I single handedly completed all pending sites and wound up the company after settling employee and labour dues and closing books of accounts.
