The business was started as a Crossborder E-tail venture, sourcing Brass Music instruments from India, and e-tailing them into Europe and North America. As the business grew, we manufactured the instruments with our brand and also sold our products through the physical retail channel as well as through wholesale distribution and order booking at various international trade fairs.From 2002-2006, I ran the business as the COO, and was responsible for the entire back end operations and fulfillment of orders, as well as participating in international trade shows to showcase and promote our products.From 2006 onwards, I headed the business as CEO.

Worked with Large Fashion Houses and also designed for Big Name Designer Labels including Rohit Verma.My designs were also featured in some Bollywood movies, with Lead Starcasts wearing my designs.Also E-Tailed the Indian Clothing collections through online marketplaces to customers in India as well Crossborder E-Tail into the U.S./U.K./AustraliaI managed the entire business as CEO, and headed the teams that managed sourcing, designing, marketing and product promotions.

Managed office operations and customer interactions in the business of Industrial Lining and Coating.The role also involved monitoring state of projects, and invoicing customers as per contractual milestones. Day to day interaction with site engineers to ensure timely project completion was part of the role.After the untimely death of the MD and CEO, I single handedly completed all pending sites and wound up the company after settling employee and labour dues and closing books of accounts.
