NA Partner Program Deal registration including validation to ensure compliance and eligibility of deal within defined SLA (service level agreement).Collaborate with Program Manager, Program Lead, and key program stakeholders.Supports day-to-day pre-sales Deal registration (e.g., deal validation and modification) and reporting of customer issues (e.g., specialized product builds, performance reports); handles multiple customer segments with low complexity.Helps resolve minimally complex customer issues (e.g., Deal status, validity) and proactively follows-up to assist external-facing customer service representatives.Resolves open deals (backlog) report issues of high complexityCompiles work and presents final deliverables.Produces analyses and reports using business applications.Contributes to continuous process refinement and improvement.Evaluates a variety of common business issues and recommends course of action.Enters sales data in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining documentation and records.
