The work Involved:• Study/Review of tender documents, scope of work, drawings, BOQ Specifications, Client’s requirements, etc from tender documents.• Prepare RFQs for all items and send to all approved suppliers, subcontractors to obtain required quotations.• Follow up with suppliers to obtain quotations intime.• Technical Evaluation of quotations as per tender requirements.• Preparing price comparison sheet.• Preparing the BOQ.• Preparing Price analysis, proposed vendors list, data sheet, etc.• Negotiating with Suppliers.• Attend pretender meetings & site visits• Preparing drawings for Light, Power and low voltage systems.• Load Calculations, Transformer & DG Selection, Fault Level Calculation.• Study of Substation & Electrical Room• Preparation of scheme, Design of control panels, Cable routing, Cable tray sizing, etc.• Preparation of all the documents for getting the scheme approval & power allocation from electrical Inspectorate & KSEB.• Tracking the project status, verify the measurements taken from site and processing of client billing.
