• Co-ordination with customers, vendors and other departments in various international locations for required documentation, SOA & invoices.• Handling ports, terminals and depot in various locations, checking and feeding FDCR & reconciliation.• Reconciliation of accounts of various 17 international locations and follow up for the rectification of unreconciled items.• Handling of accounts in multi currencies.• Ensure all amounts due from customers/agents are recovered and no additional expenses are borne by ACE. • Verify the correctness of rates, amounts when payments are made by or received, and reports from agents are verified.• Follow up for remittance from various international locations and collection of the fund on or within given time limit.• Checking of budget figures with actual received.• Reconciliation of agents and customers’ accounts on monthly basis.• Cash/bank/fund flow management.• Handing of vendor payments on behalf of ACE in various international locations. • Costing & Pricing of ACE products.• Cost control.• Assisting in ACE year end audits /preparation of agents/customers schedules during finalization of accounts. • VAT Preparation and submission.• Prepares payments by verifying documents, and requesting disbursements.• Prepares special financial reports by collecting and analyzing financial information and trends.• Making payments and keeping the bills and invoices paid.• Preparing financial reports.• Reconciles financial discrepancies.• Handling of all admin/bank related works.• Handling of all admin related expenses.• Handled all statutory works for ACE in DMCC, DWC etc.
