• Schedules and supervises customer service representatives, head teller, tellers, safety deposit clerk, and financial service managers in daily tasks and operations.• Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.• Assists manager in efforts to reach profit, performance, and customer service goals.• Oversees banking services, especially customer service, to ensure excellence; contacts or assists customers and prospective customers.• Coordinates communication with branch staff.• Works to meet branch performance standards including operating loss control, bank secrecy, and compliance with policies and procedures.• Oversees and assists with the preparation of all branch reports for approval by manager.• Manages branch operations when manager is absent.• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Communicating new policies to the customers and opening new bank accounts, issuing ATM Cards, and assistance in the deposits & receipts of the customers.• Assisting and supporting the branch manager in operating the bank functions.• Taking care of the customers and resolving their concerns and queries.• Maintaining official records of the loans taken by different entities, ensuring that they repay on time or taking other alternative measures like mortgaging the properties if the need be.• Making sure the loans extended by the bank doesn’t become Non-Performing Assets (NPA).• Implementing the schemes passed by the Central Government for the development of Rural areas and manage the distribution of money among them.
