• Recruitment, generating contracts, timely renewal of contracts of Cockpit Crew.• Co-ordinate with station HR Members and ensure the renewal of contracts before the expiry dates• Providing various services like issue of certificates, updating personal records etc• Administration and maintain records of performance management process of Cockpit Crew.• Timely completion of the separation procedures• Co-ordinate with station HR members and document the SOL/SOD of Cockpit Crew• Updation and documentation of MIS of Cockpit Crew• Ensuring the prompt disbursement of the salary and other benefits of Cockpit Crew• Updation of records in SAP and generating various reports as per the requirement of the management• Administration of Cockpit crew.
