- Facilitate the delivery and management of technical delivery teams' tasks across the end to end technology estate (including BSS, OSS, Infrastructure, Network, Technology operations).- Collaborate with internal and external delivery teams, to deliver high quality products and services, on time, meeting agreed requirements.- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams supporting collaborative working in a matrix structure.- Ensure that requirements, benefits and business priorities are understood by technical teams and are correctly translated into a credible delivery plan, features and user stories with agreed acceptance criteria. - Employ effective and appropriate risk, issue, and dependency evaluation and management approaches, recognising and communicating early signs of difficulty and delay.- Regularly track and communicate the Technology work-stream status and progress to the end to end Project Manager for inclusion in wider stakeholder reporting.- Produce or manage the production of appropriate artefacts at each stage of the Technology delivery cycle, translating stakeholder requirements and requests as necessary.
