I gained the basic insight of real estate business. As a team we witnessed launching of Burj Khalifa and Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. We specialized into commercial real estate. We build several labor camps and warehouse in Sharjah and Dubai. It was truly a period in which we achieved new heights and invested in other regions of Europe Middle East and Asia.

Sudhiksha Restaurant a fine dining restaurant with a banquet hall. Located at one of the best commercial locations in the city. It has expanded and opened a food court, corporate food supply and caterers.

This was my first business in which we were giving consultancy services for opening new trade licenses in UAE. We were also having a training workshop on various topics. From consulting we have grown into real estate, investment consulting and fundraising. The KTC, Sharjah unit was closed in August 2011.
