Transaction Processing Analyst’ and ‘General accounting – Cash and Banking•Preparation of Cash Flow for several countries which involves projection of weekly and monthly requirement of funds to meet the operational expenses.•Making sure that the funds are available before time through continuous follow-up with the other teams involved and banks.•Dealing with the banks directly to negotiate for the best rate to accomplish forex transactions as and when required.•Maintaining sufficient balance within the bank accounts.•Variance reporting of cash balances on Monthly and quarterly basis.•Attending Weekly calls with the clients to discuss the progress status and suggest ideas for betterment of process.•Maintaining approximately 230 MT-940 enabled bank accounts•Making sure that all the bank transactions are interfaced to SAP and cleared on daily basis.•Ensuring proper follow-ups are done over the transactions, nature of which are unidentified and following proper escalation matrix in a timely manner if the transactions become aged.•Regular monitoring of bank GLs to make sure that the balance as per the bank statements and balance as per SAP GLs reconciled.•Making sure that the new bank accounts have the auto-interface applied to SAP and If not, then communicating the same to the bank and getting it worked in collaboration with them.•Investigating the reason for non-availability of transaction swift copy working in closed collaboration with the bank•Fixing up of un-reconciled GLs by identifying the transactions which failed to get interfaced to SAP in spite of being MT-940 enabled and uploading such transactions manually.•Maintaining a track of active MT-940 bank accounts and also making sure that the Bank GLs against the closed bank accounts are de activated on timely manner.•Have worked with the automation teams closely to automate specific transactions which comes with common texts (Includes ZBA and Inter-company transactions)
