Organizing initial HR welcome for the new employees.Generating the employee id and Creating the employees profile in HRMS,Handling HR Activities including policy formation and updating HRIS (Oracle), payroll and Rewards and recognition of the employeesUpdating the database and sharing the required analysis to location HR HeadF&F and exit interview of the employees.Analyzing the Monthly Attrition reports and sharing the dash Boards.Handling employee grievances and disciplinary issues of the employees.Managing complete HR Operations. Issuing offer letters, relieving, experience & any other letters.Maintaining the Employee personal files and audit check list as per the company standards.

Identifying the top talent for the promotions and help them in training and sourcing the employee internally as per the organization requirements.End to end HR function including Recruitment, on boarding, Induction, F&F and exit interview of the employees.Compensation benefits processing of the employees.Organizing employee engagement activities.Other responsibilities include conducting employee survey, counseling and motivation.Driving polices and defining the process for the organizing.Partnering the business from the HR endHandling employee grievances and disciplinary issues and tracking them for the closure.
